摘要
针对广泛应用于供电系统的数字电能表的特点,提出一种基于全通数字移相滤波的数字电能表校准算法,该方法解决了传统计量方法计算复杂度高、实时性不好、不适宜应用于嵌入式测量装置的缺点。本算法分别从标准数字功率源校准、校验装置的整体校准两方面对数字电能表的校准进行研究。针对测量不确定性,本文从各输入量的标准的不确定度与合成标准及其扩展不确定度两方面进行评估,验证了所提出算法的实用性。
        According to the characteristics of the digital meter which is widely used in the power supply system,an algorithms of calibration based on the digital all-pass phase-shifting filter is proposed to solve the problems of the traditional method,involving the high measuring complexity,bad real-time performance and inapplicability in embedded measuring device.The algorithm of digital meter calibration studied in the paper mainly refers to two aspects-the standard digital power source calibration and the calibration of the whole calibration device.Considering the measurement uncertainty,the standard uncertainty of input amount and the uncertainty of synthetic standard are assessed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
