摘要
新型孕激素醋酸诺美孕酮(nomegestrol acetate,NOMAC)可用于激素替代疗法、避孕及其他妇科疾病的治疗,其与雌二醇(E_2)组成的口服避孕药Zoely已于2011年在欧洲获准上市。本文将结合近年来国内外关于NOMAC的临床试验研究,对NOMAC的药动学和药效学特征进行综述,旨在为NOMAC的临床应用提供参考。
Nomegestrol acetate(NOMAC) is a new type of progestin and can be used in hormone replacement therapy,contraception and treatment of other gynecological diseases. Zoely,a novel oral contraceptive consisting of NOMAC and estradiol(E_2),has been approved for sale in Europe in 2011. Here,this article will comprehensively review the characteristics of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of NOMAC based on recent clinical trials and research,aiming to provide reference for the clinical application of NOMAC.
