摘要
为提高高校教师教学质量评价的客观性和真实性,实现教学质量的闭环监控,针对评价体系中主观赋予权重等问题,在常规模糊评价的基础上,结合熵值法的优点,通过隶属函数建立指标模糊判断矩阵,确定模糊评价向量,从而构建基于熵权模糊综合评判模型的教师教学质量评价体系,同时给出案例实证分析,验证该模型的可行性,并与传统方法的考核排序类比分析,具有一定的实用价值.
In order to improve the objectivity and authenticity of the evaluation of teaching quality of college teachers and realize the closed-loop control of teaching quality,for the problem such as the subjective weighting of subject matter in evaluation system,on the basis of conventional fuzzy evaluation,combined with the advantages of entropy method,index fuzzy judgment matrix through membership function is established and fuzzy evaluation vector is determined.Finally,teaching quality evaluation system is established based on entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Simultaneously the method is applied for the empirical analysis to verify the feasibility of the model,and compared with the traditional method of analogy,the results show that it has certain practical value.
