摘要
SCADA数据是电网状态估计、在线安全评估等高级应用的重要基础数据,其精度直接影响电网自动化实施的效果。实际应用中,由于设备老化、数据传输等因素影响,SCADA系统的误差可能偏离出厂水平。定义了量测数据一致性指标,针对多个变电站实测数据分析SCADA数据的一致性情况,揭示电网SCADA数据的可信度,为工程人员系统掌握SCADA数据质量提供参考。
        SCADA is the fundamental infrastructure to provide data for power system advanced applications such as state estimation and on-line security assessment.Acuracy of the SCADA data directly affects the implementation of power system automatic control.In practice,the error of the SCADA data may deviate from its factory precision due to the influence of the equipment aging,data transmission and so on.In this paper,a consistency index is defined in order to quantitatively evaluate the validity of the SCADA data.Real SCADA data from several substations of the power gird is checked with the consistency index to reveal its reliability.Results reveal the credibility of the data grid SCADA,which help engineers to obtain an overall estimation of SCADA data.
