摘要
以乙醇、正丁醇、氢氧化钠、二硫化碳为原料,合成了液体混基黄原酸钠。通过考察物料配比、反应时间、反应温度和NaOH含量对产品收率的影响。结果表明,乙醇、丁醇质量比为1:1、NaOH质量分数为42%、碱加入后反应90 min、反应温度35℃时,所得混基黄原酸钠品位最好。经室内选矿实验验证,在此条件下生产的黄药选矿效果最好。
        Liquid mixed sodium xanthogenate was synthesized with ethanol, butanol, sodium hydroxide and carbon disulfide as raw materials. The influences of the material ratio, reaction time, reaction temperature and sodium hydroxide concentration on yield were discussed. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: mass ratio of ethanol and butanol was 1:1, mass fraction of sodium hydroxide was 42%,reaction time after mixing base was 90 min and reaction temperature was 35 ℃, Under above conditions, the grade and yield of xanthate was the highest. Through indoor mineral separation experiment, the mineral separation effect of xanthate was best under this condition.
