摘要
在水产养殖产品升级与经营转型的大背景下,借我校水产养殖专业列入湖北省"荆楚卓越人才"协同育人计划的契机,针对水产养殖专业人才培养普遍存在的问题,结合我校水产专业人才培养的现状、目标定位与特色发展方向,笔者以教学一线教师的视角,从构建战略联盟长效机制的前提与基础、战略联盟的确定与遴选、人才培养知识体系的构建、专业技能及综合素质培养体系构建等方面,提出自己对"荆楚卓越水产人才"协同培养的一些思考与建议,以期为本校水产专业的学科建设和人才培养提供思路与探讨主题,并通过逐步教学实践探索,进而形成一套专业特色鲜明,能充分适应社会和行业需求的人才培养模式。
With the opportunity of our school's aquaculture talent education scheme being included in Hubei province Jingchu excellent talent program in the background of aquaculture product upgrade and operation transformation,Some thoughts and suggestions from the perspective of a front-line teacher were put forward according to the common existed problems and present status of aquaculture talent education scheme,talent cultivation objectives and characteristic development direction in WHPU,which provides ideas and topics for the discipline construction and talent cultivation of aquaculture in WHPU from the prerequisite and foundation to build strategic alliance a long-term mechanism,determination and selection of strategic alliances,construction knowledge,professional skills and comprehensive quality training system of excellent aquatic talents. It is expected that through gradual exploration and arduous practice,a set of distinctive characteristics of professional aquaculture personnel training mode will be gradually formed to meet the needs of the society and aquaculture industry to the maximum extent in the near future.
