摘要
目的分析脑梗死合并下肢静脉血栓患者的临床治疗方法。方法选该院(2017年5月—2018年12月)脑梗死合并下肢静脉血栓患者66例,给予低分子肝素结合华法林治疗,观察患者的治疗效果和满意率。结果 66例患者中治愈患者有52例,有效患者12例,无效患者2例。患者对治疗的满意率为95.45%(63/66),而且患者都没有发生不良反应。结论由此可以知道,对脑梗死合并下肢静脉血栓患者给予低分子肝素结合华法林治疗可以明显提高患者的临床效果,增强患者的满意率。
Objective To analyze the clinical treatment of patients with cerebral infarction complicated with lower extremity venous thrombosis. Methods Sixty-six patients with cerebral infarction complicated with lower extremity venous thrombosis were enrolled in our hospital(from May 2017 to December 2018). Low molecular weight heparin was combined with warfarin to observe the therapeutic effect and satisfaction rate. Results Of the 66 patients, 52 were cured, 12 were effective, and 2 were ineffective. The patient's satisfaction rate with treatment was 95.45%(63/66), and no adverse reactions occurred in the patients. Conclusion From this we can know that the administration of low molecular weight heparin combined with warfarin in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with lower extremity venous thrombosis can significantly improve the clinical effect of patients and enhance the satisfaction rate of patients.
