摘要
电桥法测量弹性磁导率因其使用样品大,对仪器精度要求高,误差因素多而逐渐被企业淘汰。通过改进传统的电压法测量电感的原理,结合软磁材料环形试样串联等效模型,将弹性磁导率的测量转变为对3个电压有效值的测量。分析了三电压法测量弹性磁导率精度与稳定性差的原因,并通过试验的方法对其测量参数进行选择。最后测量1J50软磁材料标准样品,结果误差优于5%,满足国标要求。此测量方法简单,且易于实现自动化测量。
Because of large sample,high accuracy for instrument and many error factors,the measurement of elastic permeability by bridge method has been eliminated gradually in many companies.In this study,through improving traditional principle of inductance measurement based on voltage method,and combining with series equivalent circuit model of soft magnetic material ring sample,the elastic magnetic conductivity measurement was carried out intead of the three voltage RMS measurement.The cause of the poor stability and low accuracy of elastic permeability measurement were analysed based on three-voltage method,and the parameters were selected through experiment.Finally,a 1J50 soft magnetic material standard sample was tested,and the results showed the error excels 5%,which can meet the requirements of GB.The measuring method is simple,and automatic measurement is easy to be realized.
