摘要
为实现高速公路设计方案的节地效果综合评价及其多目标决策,提出了一种新的基于改进熵权法的评价方法,进而实现高速公路方案的优选决策。结合指标特点,对高速公路设计备选方案进行基于改进熵权法的多目标综合评价方法设计:引入指标值合理区间的概念,设计样本数据归一化函数,实现指标的标准化,结合节地效果评价要求,针对传统熵权法的弊端对熵权计算公式进行改进。在将专家主观赋权和熵权客观赋权相结合进行综合赋权的基础上,建立基于指标隶属度的评分函数,对备选方案的综合评价打分排序,实现高速公路设计方案的优选决策。结合大广高速某路段进行了实例分析,证明了该方法的适用性。
        In order to realize the comprehensive evaluation of land economical use in highway design and its multi-objective decision making,a new evaluation method based on the improved entropy method was proposed to realize the optimal decision-making for the highway design. Combining with the characteristics of index,a multi-objective comprehensive evaluation based on the improved entropy-weighted technique for the highway alternative designs was carried out. Firstly,the concept of rational inter-region of index values was introduced; secondly,the normalization function of sample data was designed to achieve the standardization of index; thirdly,combined with the evaluation requirements of land economical use,the entropy-weighted calculation formula was improved according to the shortcomings of traditional entropy-weighted method;furthermore,the expert subjective and objective weighting entropy was combined to implement a comprehensive weighting entropy. Based on the above,a score function based on the membership degree of index was established to achieve the preference decision of expressway design programs,which can range the comprehensive evaluation of alternative schemes by score. In the end,a case study was carried out at a section of Da-Guang expressway,which proved the applicability of the proposed method.
