摘要
目的:探索益肾健脾止血法对阿托伐他汀诱导的斑马鱼脑出血的影响。方法:用阿托伐他诱导Fli1∶EgFP/gAtA1∶dsRed双转基因斑马鱼脑出血,建立脑出血模型,分别给予不同浓度的三子补血汤,在荧光显微镜下拍照观察,计算斑马鱼脑出血面积和出血率。结果:与模型组相比,三子补血汤250、125μg/m L浓度组脑出血发生率有差异(P﹤0.05);与模型组相比,三子补血汤250、125、62.5、31.25μg/mL浓度组脑出血面积有差异(P﹤0.05)。结论:益肾健脾止血法可降低斑马鱼脑出血发生率,改善斑马鱼脑出血面积。
        Objective: To investigate the effect of Yishen Jianpi Zhixue therapy on zebrafish's cerebral hemorrhage induced by atorvastatin.Methods: The cerebral hemorrhage of Fli1: EGFP/GATA1: dsRed doubletransgenic zebrafish was induced by atorvastatin.The models of cerebral hemorrhage were established and given the different concentrations of Sanzi Buxue decoction respectively.Cerebral hemorrhage area and hemorrhage rate of zebrafish were observed and calculated by photograph under fluorescence microscope.Results: Compared with model group,the cerebral hemorrhagerates in groups of 250 and 125μg/mL concentrations of Sanzi Buxue decoction were different(P<0.05).Compared with model group,the cerebral hemorrhage areas in groups of 250,125,62.5 and31.25μg/m L concentrations of Sanzi Buxue decoction were different(P<0.05).Conclusion: Yishen Jianpi Zhixue therapy can reduce the incidence ofcerebral hemorrhage of zebrafish,and improve the cerebral hemorrhage area of zebrafish.
