摘要

本文简要介绍了基于区块链技术的去中心化的技术体系,以及服务于去中心化传播的网络视听管理系统。该系统能够为网络视频的版权管理提供有效的技术支撑。
        This Paper briefy introduces the de-centralized technology system based on block chain technology, which serves the network audiovisual management system for de-centralized communication. The system can provide effective technical support for copyright management of network video programs.
