摘要
长链非编码RNA HOXA11反义RNA(HOXA11-AS)是一种近年来发现的lncRNA。最早使用探针在小鼠胚胎c DNA文库中发现HOXA11-AS,随后在人宫颈癌、胃癌及神经胶质瘤等恶性肿瘤细胞中相继被学者发现并在其中发挥重要作用。HOXA11-AS能够通过与miRNA和EZH2蛋白等相互作用促进肿瘤的增殖、转移等恶性生物学行为,被认为是致癌性lncRNA。HOXA11-AS的发现为肿瘤的防治提供了新的思路。
The long noncoding RNA HOXA11 antisense RNA( HOXA11-AS) was recently discovered in a mouse embryo c DNA library using the probe from the sense HOXA11 c DNA sequence. Since then,it has been found to play important roles in human cervical cancer,gastric cancer,and gliomas. HOXA11-AS can promote tumor malignancy( i.e.,proliferation and metastasis) by interacting with various miRNAs and proteins such as EZH2,providing new potential routes for the potential treatment of cancers.
