摘要
胚胎反复种植失败(RIF)成为体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗中的难题,而血栓前状态(PTS)是导致胚胎RIF的原因之一。目前PTS对RIF影响机制的研究较少,抗凝治疗对PTS指标异常RIF患者的治疗作用有待进一步研究。在RIF患者中可能继发免疫学改变,因此需进一步探讨抗凝治疗在RIF中的作用及可能的免疫学机制,进而为RIF患者的病因学检查和治疗提供一种新的途径。该文综述了PTS对胚胎RIF的影响及抗凝治疗对RIF可能的作用机制。
The repeated embryo implantation failure(RIF)is a difficult problem in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET),and prothrombotic state(PTS) is one of the causes of RIF. At present, there are few studies on the mechanism of PTS on RIF, and the effect of anticoagulant therapy on RIF patients with abnormal indexes of PTS needs to be further studied. Possible secondary immunological changes may occur in patients with RIF, so it is necessary to further explore the role of anticoagulant therapy and possible immunological mechanism in RIF, so as to provide a new way for etiological examination and treatment of RIF patients. In this paper, the effect of PTS on RIF and possible mechanism of anticoagulant therapy on RIF were reviewed.
