摘要
胰腺癌是一种恶性程度较高,诊断和治疗都很困难的消化道恶性肿瘤;近年来,其发病率和死亡率均明显升高。胰腺癌早期确诊率不高,手术治愈率较低,化疗、放疗等辅助治疗效果亦不佳。相关文献报道,纳米刀作为一项新兴的肿瘤消融治疗技术,在晚期癌症的局部治疗中具有一定的效果。对我院收治的1例晚期胰腺癌患者实施纳米刀胰腺肿瘤消融+胃肠吻合+肠肠吻合+腹腔低渗温热灌注治疗,术后22 d患者病情好转后出院,现对其具体情况进行分析。
Pancreatic cancer is a malignant gastrointestinal malignancy with high degree of malignancy and difficult diagnosis and treatment. In recent years, its morbidity and mortality have increased significantly. The early diagnosis rate of pancreatic cancer is not high; the cure rate of operation is low, and the adjuvant therapeutic effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy are also poor. Relevant literatures reported that nanoknife has a certain effect in the local treatment of advanced cancer as a new technology of tumor ablation. A patient with advanced pancreatic cancer in our hospital was treated with nanoknife pancreatic cancer ablation +gastrointestinal anastomosis +intestinal anastomosis +intraperitoneal hypotonic hyperthermia perfusion. The patient was discharged at 22 days after surgery, and the specific situation was analyzed.
