摘要
目的探讨超声造影定量参数对甲状腺良恶性结节内部与外缘血流灌注情况的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的甲状腺结节手术患者187个结节的内部与外缘的超声造影定量参数。结果甲状腺恶性结节内部Peak和AUC参数低于良性结节;恶性结节外缘Sharpness和AUC参数低于良性结节,TP参数晚于良性结节,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲状腺良性结节内部TP晚于外缘、内部Sharpness低于外缘;恶性结节内部Peak低于外缘,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺结节内部与外缘间的超声造影定量分析对良恶性的鉴别诊断可提供有价值的信息。
        Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of the quantitative parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS)in internal and outer edge perfusion of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods The CEUS quantitative parameters of 187 nodules,which were pathologically confirmed,wereretrospective analyzed.Results The internal peak and AUC parameters of malignant thyroid nodules were lower than those of benign nodules.The sharpness and AUC parameters of malignant peripheral nodules were lower than those of benign nodules,and the TP parameters were later than benign nodules and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In thyroid benign nodules,the TP was later and the internal sharpness was lower than that of the outer edge.The internal peak of the malignant nodules was lower than that of the outer edge,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Quantitative analysis of CEUS between the internal and outer edge of thyroid nodules was useful for differential diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules.
