摘要
采用Si+SiO_2对一定密度的C/C坯体进行预处理,预处理后得到了含有SiC层的C/C坯体。将预处理后的C/C坯体进行反应熔渗(RMI)制备出了C/C-ZrC-SiC复合材料。采用XRD、SEM-EDS等手段分析检测了C/C-ZrC-SiC复合材料内部的组织结构。结果表明:通过CVD预处理后的坯体内部主要由炭纤维、PyC和SiC组成。材料质量增加,内部生成的SiC涂层随处理时间增加涂层厚度增加;经过熔渗处理后的C/C坯体进行反应熔渗的过程中熔渗剂渗入量比未经预处理的样品增多,且生成ZrC、SiC陶瓷相相对致密。
        A certain density of C/C body was pretreated with Si+SiO_2 mixed powder, containing SiC layer was obtained after pretreatment. The C/C-ZrC-SiC composite was prepared by subjecting the pretreated C/C body to Reaction Melting Infiltration(RMI). The internal structure of C/C-ZrC-SiC composites was analyzed by XRD and SEM-EDS. The results show that the interior of the green body pretreated by CVD is mainly composed of carbon fiber, PyC and SiC. The quality of the material increases, and the thickness of the coating increases with the treatment time. The infiltration of the infiltrant during the infiltration process of the C/C body after infiltration treatment is more than that of the unpretreated sample. And the ZrC and SiC ceramic phases are relatively dense.
