摘要
针对我国人多水少、水资源时空分布不均、污染严重和水生态恶化等问题,结合水资源开发利用控制、用水效率控制和水功能区限制纳污以及万元工业增加值用水量呈现下降趋势,建立了多目标规划模型和自回归分析模型.以北京市和新疆维吾尔自治区为例进行数值仿真,通过Lingo软件对目标函数进行最优分析.结果表明,多目标规划模型和自回归分析模型能够合理地规划工业用水量和农业用水量,具有贴合实际,可行性高,适用范围广等优点,亦可应用于其它资源的分配.
        In terms of current problems of the shortage of clean water, uneven spatial and temporal distribution of water resources,severe pollution and deterioration of water ecology in China,combined with the control of water resources development and utilization,water use efficiency control,water function area limitation and pollution acceptance,as well as the downward trend of water consumption of 10 000 yuan industrial added value,a multi-objective programming model and an autoregressive analysis model were established.Taking Beijing City and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as examples,numerical simulation is carried out,and the objective function is optimized by Lingo software.The result shows that multi-objective programming model and autoregressive analysis model can reasonably plan industrial water consumption and agricultural water consumption,the methods have the advantages of fitting reality,high feasibility and wide-ranging application,which can also be applied to other resource allocation.
