摘要
为确保实现建筑企业战略,必须加强项目群成功的前景和最小化失败的可能性。参照国内外学者关于一般工程项目成功标准实质性、突破性的研究成果,在考虑建筑企业项目群特征和建筑企业项目群成功标准制订视角的基础上,站在企业组织战略高度,探讨了项目群组织战略维度、项目群管理绩效维度、项目群其它利益相关者维度和项目群和谐维度等四大维度成功标准;并提出建筑企业项目群成功评价时间框架。关于建筑企业项目群成功标准的界定可以有效指导项目群绩效评价,促进项目群成功。
        In order to achieve the development of construction enterprises strategy,it is necessary to strengthen the possibility for the program to be successful. Based on a comprehensive literature review of existing research and consideration of the characteristics of program,the success criteria for the construction enterprises program is discussed in this paper,including organization strategic dimension for the construction enterprises program,the construction enterprises program management performance dimension,other stakeholders dimension for the construction enterprises program and the construction enterprises program harmonious dimension; And the success evaluation time framework for the construction enterprises program is then put forward. The results of this paper can effectively guide the performance evaluation of the programs and promote the success of programs for construction enterprises.
