摘要
以山梨醇与对甲基苯甲醛为原料,对甲基苯磺酸为催化剂,硅酸四乙酯为硅源,原位合成了硅胶接枝1,3-2,4-二(对甲基亚苄基)山梨醇成核剂,表征了成核剂的结构,并用于聚丙烯改性。结果表明:硅胶与1,3-2,4-二(对甲基亚苄基)山梨醇发生了化学接枝;硅胶接枝成核剂的熔程较宽;硅胶接枝成核剂对聚丙烯不仅具有良好的增透作用,而且具有明显的增刚作用,改性聚丙烯的弯曲模量最高可增加23%。
        SiO_2-grafted 1,3-2,4-bis(p-methyl benzylidene) sorbitol nucleating agents were synthesized in situ with sorbitol and p-methyl benzaldehyde as raw materials,p-tolunensulfonate as catalyst,and tetraethyl silicate as silicon source. The structures of nucleating agents that were used for polypropylene modification were characterized. The results show that SiO_2 is grafted to 1,3-2,4-bis(p-methyl benzylidene) sorbitol. The melting point range of SiO_2-grafted nucleating agents is wider. This SiO_2-grated nucleating agent not only improves the transparency of polypropylene,but also enhances the rigidity of polypropylene. The bending modulus of modified polypropylene is increased by 23%.
