摘要
一直以来,食品安全问题都广受各方关注。随着社会发展,传统包装已经不能满足消费者的需求,在这种情况下,可以提供更多食品信息的智能包装逐渐走入人们的视野,指示器就是其中一种。对食品质量指示器进行了系统分类,全面介绍了常见指示器的作用机理并分析其特点;在此基础上,综述了现阶段的各类型指示器的最新研究进展与应用情况,着重介绍了几种商用型指示器的信息。同时,概述了国内外食品质量指示器现行相关法律规定,并对指示器的研究和应用前景进行了展望。
        For a long time,food safety problems received much concern at all parties. With the development of the society,traditional packaging already could not meet consumer demand. In this case,intelligent packaging which could provide more information about food came into the view of people gradually,and indicator was one of that. Food quality indicators were conducted to systematic classification,and mechanisms of common indicators were introduced,and characteristics of that were analyzed. On this basis,the latest research progress and application of various indicators at present were reviewed,and several commercial indicators were emphatically introduced. Meanwhile,relevant legal provisions of food quality indicators at home and abroad were summarized,and the research and application prospect of indicators were prospected.
