摘要

文章分析了静电放电对电子元器件工作造成的影响,介绍了微机型继电保护装置的结构特征,设计了改进型静电放电防护电路,以有效保障微机型继电保护装置的稳定性与可靠性。
        This paper analyzes the effect of electrostatic discharge on the operation of electronic components,introduces the structural characteristics of the microcomputer-based relay protection device,and designs an improved electrostatic discharge protection circuit to effectively guarantee the stability and reliability of the microcomputer-based relay protection device.
