摘要
迷迭香酸是一种在自然界广泛存在的多酚羟基化合物,具有多种药理作用,如抗氧化、抗菌等。药代动力学研究表明,迷迭香酸在体内可被代谢为结合态和/或甲基化形式,主要经尿液排出体外。该文综述了迷迭香提取物的抗肿瘤作用与机制研究进展。
        Rosmarinic acid is a kind of polyphenolic hydroxyl compound widely found in nature. It has a variety of pharmacological effects,such as anti-oxidation and antibacterial. Pharmacokinetic studies have shown that rosmarinic acid can be metabolized into conjugated and/or methylated forms in vivo,which is mainly excreted from the body through urine. In this paper,the research progress of the anti-tumor effect and mechanism of the extract of Rosmarinus officinalis were reviewed.
