摘要
天津市老龄化形势愈加严峻,老年教育作为积极应对老龄化的战略举措之一,在"十三五"后期,老年教育的发展策略,应首先进一步加强和完善领导管理体制;其次从普及入手,创办各种形式和层次的老年教育机构;同时也要重视现有老年大学教育质量的提高问题。
The aging situation in Tianjin has become more severe.As one of the strategic measures to actively respond to aging,in the late 13 th Five-Year Plan,the development strategy of old-age education should first further strengthen and improve the leadership management system,and second,start with popularization.The establishment of various forms and levels of institutions for the education of the elderly,at the same time,we must also pay attention to the improvement of the quality of education in existing universities for the elderly.
