人脸识别技术在烟草行政许可中的应用研究

摘要
针对互联网平台普遍存在的虚假主体、签名伪造等问题,本研究剖析了烟草行业网络行政许可工作在身份核验步骤存在的问题,提出了基于3D人脸识别技术的解决方案,以烟草零售户新办证事件为案例,设计了一种基于3D人脸识别核验技术的零售户身份核验流程方案,并结合当下烟草行业行政许可工作现状,提出了几点建设性的思路。研究结果表明,3D人脸识别技术的引入将使得专卖行政许可工作身份核验变得更加准确无误。
        In view of the problems in the Internet platforms such as false body and signature forgery, this study analyzed the problems of identity verification steps in the field of tobacco industry administrative license, and put forward a solution based on 3D facial recognition technology. The event of retail customers apply for license was taken as a case, a process scheme for the identification of retail customers based on 3D face recognition technology was designed, and some constructive ideas were put forward. The above results showed that using 3D face recognition technology can effectively solve the problems in administrative licensing.
