摘要
本文从技术能力和CEO经验的双重视角,以支付宝和财付通为双案例进行对比研究,分析了新兴移动支付行业中企业的创新决策。在新兴行业出现时,产品创新和应用创新是企业会采用的两种不同的创新选择,而企业技术能力的特性如技术相关性和技术多元化,以及CEO经验的差异如相关行业工作经验和多元化行业工作经验,均会对创新决策产生影响。本文通过案例研究表明:拥有新兴行业所必需的技术相关性和企业CEO相关行业工作经验的企业多采用产品创新策略;拥有新兴行业所需的多元化技术和企业CEO多元化工作经验的企业多采用应用创新策略。
        This research studies on the innovation choices of emerging mobile payment industry from views of technology competence and CEO experiences by using cases of Alipay and Tenpay. Product innovation and application innovation are the two mainly innovation choices used by the corporations in the emergence of new industries. The corporations with related technologies and CEO related industry working experiences would choose the product innovation choice while the corporations with diversified technologies and CEO diversified working experiences would choose the application choice.
