摘要
电镀行业中,以镍电解净化后的新液为电解液,在电解液中加入微量携硫添加剂、辅助添加剂后进行电解,在一定的电解条件下通过一定的时间产出镍板,再进行漂洗、晾干、计量,最后取样分析镍板的含硫成分。阳极液送镍电解净化工序处理,循环使用,试验中产出的阳极泥和残极与镍电解生产系统产出的阳极泥和残极共同集中处理。
        In the electroplating industry, the new solution after nickel electrolysis is used as an electrolyte, and a trace amount of sulfur additive and auxiliary additive are added to the electrolyte to perform electrolysis. The nickel plate is produced at a certain time under certain electrolysis conditions, and then rinsed, dried, and measured. Finally, the sulfur content of nickel plate is analyzed by sampling. The anode solution is sent to the nickel electrolysis purification process for treatment and recycling. The anode mud and the residue produced in the test are treated together with the anode mud and the residue produced in the nickel electrolysis production system.
