摘要
目的本文研制了一种微型针灸针利器盒,并探讨其在小儿康复病房的应用。方法选取我院小儿康复病房2017年1月至2017年12月80例小儿针灸患者,随机分为对照组40例和实验组40例,实验组使用微型针灸针利器盒,对照组使用常规的利器盒。比较两组病人拔除针灸的时间长短及病人家长的满意度。结果实验组拔除针灸针时间明显缩短,家长满意度明显高于对照组,结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论使用这种微型针灸针利器盒可以大大提高家长的满意度,节省病人时间,值得在临床推广。
Objective To design a miniature acupuncture needle sharp-tool box and explore its application in the children's rehabilitation ward. Methods A total of 80 children were selected from January 2017 to December 2017 in our children's rehabilitation ward. They were randomly divided into the control group(40 cases) and the experimental group(40 cases). Patients in the experimental group used the miniature acupuncture needle box, and cases in the control group used the conventional sharptool box. The duration of acupuncture removal and the satisfaction of parents were compared between the two groups. Results The duration of acupuncture needle removal in the experimental group was significantly shortened, and parents' satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of this miniature acupuncture needle box can greatly improve parents ‘satisfaction, and save patients' time, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
