摘要
目的探讨外周血清炎症因子水平与轻度认知障碍(MCI)发病的关系。方法在2011年7月—2012年7月浦东新区老人MCI的流行病学调查基础上,用中华医学会MCI诊断标准,采用ELISA法测定MCI患者血清白细胞介素1?(IL-1?),白细胞介素6(IL-6),皮质醇(Cor)水平。结果 120例受试者的血清Cor、IL-1?、IL-6平均浓度分别为(177.39±37.43)ng/m L、(5.53±1.26)ng/m L和(2.87±1.15)ng/m L。年龄≤65岁者的IL-1β、IL-6浓度低于>65岁者的水平,差别有显著统计学意义(P值分别为0.046和0.023)。不同性别、文化程度、躯体疾病分组的血清水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。偏相关分析显示,血清Cor、IL-1?、IL-6水平与MMSE评分的相关性无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论本研究没有发现MCI患者血清Cor、IL-1?、IL-6水平与MMSE评分等的相关性有统计学意义。受年龄、躯体状况、神经退行性疾病等混杂因素的影响,炎症因子与MCI/痴呆的关系,MCI转化为痴呆过程中发挥的作用等,仍然需要扩大样本,分组来进一步的研究。
        Objective To investigate the relationship between peripheral serum inflammatory factors and mild cognitive impairment(MCI). Methods The serum levels of interleukin 1?(IL-1?), interleukin 6(IL-6), and cortisol(Cor) was determined by ELISA method, and the subjects from the epidemiological survey of MCI were in Pudong New Area from July 2011-July 2012. Results The average concentration of serum Cor, IL-1?, and IL-6 were(177.39±37.43) ng/ml,(5.53±1.26) ng/ml, and(2.87±1.15) ng/ml. The serum levels of IL-1? and IL-6 in the group aged ≥65 years old were higher than those in the group aged <65 years old(P=0.046; P=0.023). There were no significant differences in serum levels among groups with different gender, educational level and physical illness(P>0.05). Partial correlation analysis showed that the correlation between serum Cor, IL-1? 、 IL-6 level and MMSE scores was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion The current study failed to show any statistically significant correlation between serum Cor, IL-1?, and IL-6 level and age, the MMSE score, and the HAMD score in patients with MCI. Regarding of the confounding factors, such as age, physical condition, neurodegenerative diseases, the relationship between the serum inflammatory markers and MCI/dementia, and the role players of progressing MCI into dementia, still need further researches.
