蛛网膜下腔出血后早期脑损伤相关生物标记物的研究进展

摘要
蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH),是神经系统常见疾病之一,早期脑损伤(EBI)是导致SAH预后不良的主要因素。炎症反应和微循环障碍是EBI主要病理过程,涉及多种生化标志物。包括:S100B,血管生成素(Angiogenesis,Ang),骨膜素(Periostin),半乳糖凝集素-3(galectin-3),通过其研究方法及结论,对这些生物标志物进行综述。
