孤独症谱系障碍儿童自我面孔识别与血清脑源性神经营养因子水平的研究

摘要
目的探讨孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童自我面孔识别能力及其与血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平、年龄和症状之间的关系。方法采用自我面孔识别任务(SFRT)对31例未治疗过且不共患其他疾病的ASD儿童进行测试,并与39例年龄性别匹配的正常儿童作比较,以儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)评定症状严重程度,BDNF采用酶联夹心免疫吸附法检测。结果患者组SFRT反应时长与对照组比较[(56.39±3.60)s vs(54.00±3.50)s],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),自我面孔成分所占百分比[(67.94±4.45)%]高于对照组[(65.06±4.33)%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。患者组血清BDNF浓度[(10.86±1.15)ng/ml]低于对照组[(11.70±1.06)ng/ml],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);相关分析显示,患者组SFRT反应时与血清BDNF浓度呈负相关(r=-0.389,P<0.05),患者组年龄、CARS评分与SFRT的反应时长及百孔合成百分比无显著相关性。结论 ASD儿童存在自我面孔识别能力的损害,血清BDNF浓度低于正常儿童,血清BDNF水平与自我面孔识别加工存在相关性。
