摘要
机械加工工艺单元是机械加工过程的基本构成单元和活动的主体。为适应机械加工过程能量精细化管理的要求,通过分析机械加工工艺单元设备层、制造单元层的能量消耗动态特性,建立面向不同层级的能效指标体系。基于多分辨率实体(Multiple resolution entity,MRE)的思想,采用离散事件系统规范(Discrete event system specification,DEVS)的层次化建模方法,构建机械加工工艺单元MRE动态能效模型,获取工艺单元运行过程中能量利用率、能量消耗与有效产出(加工利润、合格品数量、材料去除量)等动态信息。结合Eclipse平台下的CD++插件对实际案例进行仿真分析,验证该方法的有效性
        Mechanical processing unit is the basic constitution and the main activity subject of machining process.In order to meet the requirement of meticulous energy management,through the dynamic characteristic analysis of energy consumption on the manufacturing unit level and machinery level of mechanical processing units,the comprehensive energy efficiency index system is proposed.Based on the MRE(multiple resolution entity)theory,the dynamic energy efficiency models of mechanical processing unit MRE is established by adopted the hierarchical ladder modeling method of DEVS(discrete event system specification).So the dynamic information on energy utilization,energy consumption and effective output(processing profits,conforming quantity,and material removal amount)is obtained.The comprehensive energy efficiency models are simulated by using CD++plug-in under Eclipse to analyze a specific case,and the validity of the method is verified.
