摘要

本文针对高职院校大学生志愿服务长效机制存在的问题,分别从志愿服务内容设计、志愿服务组织管理专业化、志愿者考评体系、志愿服务工作资金保障四个方面提出了解决对策,以促进高职院校志愿服务工作的专业化、规范化、常态化发展,充分发挥志愿服务在高职教育中的实践育人作用。
        The problems existing in the long-term mechanism of college students volunteer service, respectively from volunteer service content design, professional volunteer service organization management and evaluation system of volunteers, volunteer service funds guarantee four aspects and puts forward the countermeasures, to promote the specialization of volunteer service in higher vocational colleges, standardized and normalized development, give full play to the volunteer service in the higher vocational education practice education role.
