<正>二、肩袖损伤关于非手术治疗症状性肩袖撕裂自然病史的信息提高了我们适当选择患者进行手术和非手术治疗的能力。慢性全层肩袖撕裂的治疗仍存在争议。这些撕裂的本质是退行性变,尽管它们有可能随着时间的推移而扩大,进一步造成残疾,并产生无法修复的不可逆变化,如果它们保持稳定可能不需要干预。
