摘要

汽车自动变速器测试机主要是用来测试变速器系统运行的各项参数、换档变速效果和故障检测,该系统是利用大功率电机驱动变速器运转模拟车辆各工况行驶以及变速器在运行时换档变速的工作情况,文章通过对测试机工作原理、制作过程及使用进行研究,主要用于新款汽车变速器内置控制单元的变速器维修、测试与汽车专业教学。
        The automatic transmission tester is mainly used to test the parameters of the transmission system, the effect of gear shifting and fault detection. The system uses high-power motor to drive the transmission to simulate the running conditions of the vehicle and the working conditions of the transmission when it is running. This paper studies the working principle, manufacturing process and use of the tester. Mainly used for transmission maintenance, testing and automobile professional teaching of new automobile transmission built-in control unit.
