摘要
借助大型计算机云计算资源,最大程度地保留结构细节特征进行全机精细有限元建模,并应用于大型民用飞机全机静力试验数值模拟仿真计算。全机精细有限元模型仿真数据与试验数据的对比结果表明:与传统的内力求解等效刚度有限元模型相比,精细模型在结构应力、稳定性和连接强度的计算精度方面具有独特优势。对全机精细有限元模型的建模特点、精度优势和技术难点进行剖析,探讨其在民用飞机结构强度设计中的应用前景。
        Using the cloud calculation resource of mainframe computer,a global detailed finite element model is built,in which the structure detail characteristic is furthest persisted. The model is applied to the numerical simulation and calculation of global static test of large civil aircraft. Matched with the traditional finite element model in which the internal force is used to solve the equivalent stiffness,the comparison results between the global detailed finite element model simulation and test show that the detailed model has unique advantages in structural stress, stability and accuracy of joint strength calculation. The modeling features,precision advantages and technical difficulties of global detailed finite element model are analyzed,and its application prospect in structural strength design of civil aircraft is investigated.
