摘要
目的探讨α1-酸性糖蛋白(α1-acid glycoprotein, AAG)和触珠蛋白(haptoglobin, HAP)在肺结核患者血清中的含量变化及AAG和HAP两者之间的关系。方法利用免疫比浊法检测293例肺结核及498例健康体检者血清中AAG和HAP含量,并对检测结果进行比较和统计学分析。结果正常健康人对照组血清中AAG和HAP含量分别为(68.54±15.699)mg/dl和(88.94±45.875)mg/dl,而与对照组相比,肺结核组血清中AAG和HAP含量分别为(62.76±24.647)mg/dl和(61.37±51.785)mg/dl,肺结核组血清中AAG和HAP水平明显低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且Pearson相关性分析表明,肺结核组AAG与HAP的含量存在显著的正相关关系(r=0.694,P<0.001)。结论肺结核患者血清中AAG和HAP水平显著降低,且AAG和HAP之间存在显著正相关关系,符合线性方程:AAG=0.330HAP+42.486。
        Objective To investigate the serum levels of α1-acid glycoprotein(AAG) and haptoglobin(HAP) in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and the relationship between AAG and HAP. Methods The levels of serum AAG and HAP in 293 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and 498 healthy individuals were detected by immunoturbidimetry, and the results were compared and statistically analyzed. Results The levels of AAG and HAP in serum of normal healthy controls were(68.54±15.699) mg/dl and(88.94±45.875) mg/dl, respectively. Compared with the control group, the levels of serum AAG and HAP in the pulmonary tuberculosis group were(62.76±24.647) mg/dl and(61.37±51.785) mg/dl, respectively. Serum AAG and HAP levels were significantly lower than normal healthy controls, with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05), and Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between AAG and HAP levels in the tuberculosis group(r=0.694, P<0.001). Conclusion The serum levels of AAG and HAP in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were significantly reduced, and there was a significant positive correlation between AAG and HAP, which is consistent with the linear equation: AAG=0.330 HAP+42.486.
