摘要
分析目前95598客户服务分析面临的形势和困难,阐述网格化管理的特点、划分原则和优势,并以故障报修业务为例,以网格化管理打破管理边界,开展典型地区故障报修网格化分析,体现在故障薄弱点研判、计量装置厂商选择及指导网格化社会力量布局方面的优势,并提出进一步发挥网格化管理价值的相关建议。
The current situation and difficulties faced by 95598 customer service analysis are analyzed and the characteristics,partitioning principles and advantages of grid management are pointed out.The management boundary is broken in the case of the analysis of fault reporting in typical areas,which highlighting the advantages in the research and judgment of fault weak points,the manufacturer selection of metering devices and the guidance of grid layout.Finally,related suggestions to give full play to the value of grid management are prorosed.
