摘要
采用两种不同形状的搅拌针对16mm厚的5083-H112铝合金板材进行焊接,一种为圆锥形带螺纹和三面斜坡的搅拌针,另一种为圆柱形带螺旋沟槽搅拌针。结果表明,通过改变搅拌针形状可以改变氧化层的破碎程度,影响"Z"线的严重程度,进而影响焊缝内部质量。
This paper presents two different shapes stirring needles which used for the welding of 16 mm thick 5083-H112 aluminum alloy plate,one is conical pin with thread and there-side slopes,another one is cylindrical pin with spiral grooves.The results show that the fracture degree of the oxide layer can be changed by changing the shape of the needle,affecting the severity of the " Z" line,and thereby affecting the quality of the weld.
