摘要

通过调研盐城师范学院不同背景大学生创业心理素质的差异,提出一套全面提升大学生创业心理素质的方法。随机选取盐城师范学院大学生2 200人,使用《大学生创业心理素质调查问卷》,采用SPSS17.0统计软件对创业动机、创业能力、创业人格、创业知识和技能进行调查,并与家庭背景做相关比较研究。
        By investigating the differences of entrepreneurial psychological quality of college students from different backgrounds in Yancheng Teachers University,this paper puts forward a set of methods to improve the entrepreneurial psychological quality of college students in an all round way.Randomly selected 2200 college students from Yancheng Teachers University,using the questionnaire of college students' entrepreneurial psychological quality,and using SPSS17.0 statistical software to investigate entrepreneurial motivation,entrepreneurial ability,entrepreneurial personality,and entrepreneurial knowledge and skills,and with the family background to do the relevant comparison and research.
