摘要
本研究旨在探讨白花香莲解毒方对于肝炎细胞的抑制作用。通过使用白花香莲解毒方对乙型肝炎细胞Hep G2.2.15进行干预,通过划痕实验和Transwell实验检测其迁移能力的变化,并在处理后24 h、72 h和120 h用RT-PCR法测定其细胞上清HBV DNA含量,化学发光法检测乙肝表面抗原Hbs Ag含量。观察组的Hep G2.2.15细胞划痕愈合能力、侵袭能力均降低,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);HBV DNA拷贝数及Hbs Ag的分泌明显受到抑制,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。由此说明,白花香莲解毒方对于乙型肝炎细胞具有较强的抑制作用。
The objective of this study was to investigate the inhibitory effect of detoxification formula of Baihua Xianglian on the Hepatitis B cells. We intervened the Hep G2.2.15 cells by Baihua Xianglian detoxification formula and detected the change of cells' migration ability through wound healing assay and Transwell assay.Then, we also detected the content of HBV DNA in the cell supernatant and the content of HBs Ag with the methods of RT-PCR and chemiluminescence respectively in 24 h, 72 h and 120 h after intervention. We found that in the observation group the ability of wound healing and invasion of Hep G2.2.15 cells lowered, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05); And the HBV DNA replication and HBs Ag secretion were obviously inhibited,which was statistically significant(p<0.05). The results showed that Baihua Xianglian detoxification formula had strong inhibitory effect on the Hepatitis B cells.
