摘要
针对某公司海波车间蒸汽冷凝水的利用情况,对其存在的冷凝水资源浪费问题进行了分析,提出技术上可行、经济上合理、环境可以接受的最佳回收利用方案:用于加热洗浴用水,然后回至低温水箱;再通过泵输送到公司分厂余热锅炉补水箱、余热发电项目、余热锅炉补水箱、热电厂除盐水箱。
In view of the utilization of steam condensate water in the Hypo workshop of a company, the waste of condensate water resources is analyzed, and the best recycling scheme that is technically feasible, economically reasonable and environmentally acceptable is put forward. It is used to heat bath water, and returns to low temperature water tank and transmitted to the waster water boiler water-replenishing tank of the branch factory, waster water power generation program, the waster water boiler water-replenishing tank, and the desalination water tank of the thermo electric plant.
