摘要
在供给侧结构性改革的背景下,森林文化建设需着眼于社会对林业的现实需求,从供给一侧进行调整。文章在阐述森林文化内涵基础上,分析了森林文化的生态性、民族性、地域性以及人文性四大特征,从物质、制度、精神、行为等方面探讨供给侧结构性改革背景下森林文化建设的内容,由森林文化引申出来的竹文化、花文化、茶文化、园林文化以及森林旅游文化等共同构成了森林文化建设的重要形式。供给侧结构性改革背景下森林文化建设有3条路径:(1)以全面建设小康社会为目标,丰富森林文化产品供给;(2)以努力建设美丽中国为支撑,强化森林生态文化建设;(3)以生态文明建设为指引,完善森林文化的社会价值。
Based on the background of Supply-side Structural Reform, the forest culture construction needs to be focused on the real demand of the forestry industry and adjust from the supply side. Based on the concept of forest culture, this paper analyzed the ecological, ethnic, regional and humanistic characteristics of forest culture and explored the construction of forest culture from the aspects of material, system, spirit and behavior. Those culture of bamboo, flower, tea, garden and forest tourism together constitute the important form of forest culture construction. There are three paths of forest culture construction under the background of supply-side structural reform.First, with the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, the variety of forest cultural products should be enriched. Second, to strive to build beautiful China, the forest ecological culture construction should be enhanced. Third, ecological civilization construction should be used as a guide to improve the social value of forest culture.
