活性炭对实验室次甲基蓝废水的吸附去除研究

摘要
以实验室次甲基蓝废水为研究对象,用活性炭对其吸附处理,进行最佳投加量、最佳吸附温度和最佳吸附时间的研究。结果表明,活性炭吸附去除实验室次甲基蓝废水的最佳条件为:活性炭投加量100 mg、吸附温度为40℃、吸附时间为60 min,去除率达到95%以上,对实验室次甲基蓝废水有很好的处理效果。
        The laboratory methylene blue wastewater was treated by adsorption with activated carbon, and the optimal amount, the optimal adsorption temperature and the optimal adsorption time were studied. The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: the dosage of activated carbon was 100 mg, the adsorption temperature was 40 ℃, and the adsorption time was 60 min. Under the optimal conditions, the removal rate could be reached above 95%. Therefore, activated carbon has a good treatment effect on laboratory methylene blue wastewater.
