摘要
为了探究漆酶对染料的脱色作用,用糙皮侧耳C1诱变菌株F-13漆酶对偶氮类染料刚果红、甲基橙、苯胺类染料中性红、苯甲烷类染料孔雀石绿、碱性品红、蒽醌类染料茜素红、杂环类染料次甲基蓝进行脱色;研究了pH、温度和反应时间对脱色效果的影响。结果表明,孔雀石绿、碱性品红和茜素红在2 h时的脱色率超过90%;次甲基蓝和中性红脱色率超过80%。可见此种漆酶对苯甲烷类、蒽醌类、杂环类和苯胺类染料有很好的脱色作用。
        In order to investigate the action of laccase on dye decolorization,Pleurotus ostreatus C1 mutagenic strain F-13 laccase was used to decolour dyes,including azo dyes congo red,methyl orange,aniline dyes neutral red,phenylmethane dyes malachite green oxalate,basic fuchsine,tantalum dyes mordant red 3,heterocyclic dyes methylene blue. The effects of pH,temperature and reaction time on decolorization were studied. The results show that the decolorization rate at 2 h of malachite green oxalate,basic fuchsine and mordant red 3 exceeded 90%,methylene blue and neutral red exceeded 80%. It is concluded that this kind of laccase has a good decolorization effect on phenylmethane,tantalum,heterocyclic and aniline dyes.
