摘要
介绍了威顿达州化工有限责任公司硫酸装置干吸工序4台串酸调节阀的技术改造情况。针对出现的问题,技术人员将二吸塔至成品酸槽的产酸调节阀更换为DN80笼式平衡阀,将干燥塔串二吸塔调节阀、二吸塔串干燥塔调节阀和二吸塔串HRS系统调节阀更换为DN80软密封双偏芯碟阀。4台调节阀阀体采用310合金,阀座及套筒、阀芯采用镍基20~#合金。技术改造后,调节阀平稳运行3年多时间,在工艺控制、阀门噪声及震动方面均能满足要求。
        Technical transformation of four crossflow regulating valves of drying and absorption section in sulphuric acid plant in Wylton Dazhou Chemical Co., Ltd. is introduced. According to problems, technical staffs changed acid production regulating valves from final absorption tower to product acid tank into DN80 cage balance valves, changed regulating valves from drying tower to final absorption tower, those from final absorption tower to drying tower, and those from final absorption tower to HRS system into DN80 soft seal double eccentric disc valves. Four regulating valves adopted 310 alloy, seats and sleeves adopted Nickel base 20~# alloy. After transformation, regulating valves ran smoothly for above three years, met requirements for technical control, valves noise and vibration.
