摘要
采用仿真和实验验证的方法研究了汽车轮毂用ZL205A铝合金在浇铸温度710℃、730℃、750℃下的流动性、收缩性等铸造性能,结果表明,在浇铸温度750℃下该合金有很好的铸造性能。试验研究了Cu含量对铸造流动性和收缩性能的影响表明,Cu含量的增加会降低其铸造性能。利用Pro CAST软件对不同温度和低压铸造的加压速度进行模拟计算,得出在750℃和0. 002 MPa/s加压速度下低压铸造的充型效果较好。结合试验和Pro CAST模拟结果,采用5%的Cu含量(质量分数),浇铸温度选择750℃,低压铸造,配合铸件T6热处理工艺,获得了质量良好的汽车轮毂铸件。
        The liquidity,contractility and other cast properties of ZL205 A aluminum alloy used for automobile wheel hubs were investigated with the simulation and experiment methods at the casting temperatures of 710 ℃,730 ℃ and 750 ℃. It was indicated that the best cast properties were obtained at 750℃. The study was also carried out on how the Cu content influenced casting liquidity and contractility. The result showed that the increase of the Cu content could reduce the casting properties. Pro CAST software was then used to simulate different temperatures and accelerated speeds in the low pressure casting. As shown in the simulation result,the mold filling effect is better at 750℃ and 0. 002 MPa/s accelerated speed.As the combined results of the experiment and the simulation indicate,when the ingots( w( Cu) = 5%) were cast in the low pressure casting at 750℃ and treated with the T6 heat treatment process,the good quality casting would be obtained for the automobile wheel hubs.
