摘要

多囊卵巢综合征是临床常见的妇科内分泌疾病,是导致不孕症的重要因素之一。本文探讨了陈桂敏教授应用中医辨证治疗多囊卵巢综合征致不孕4则临床验案,结果发现,在补虚的基础上配合祛邪治疗多囊卵巢综合征致不孕疗效更佳。现将4则医案总结介绍如下,以飨同道。
        Polycystic ovary syndrome is a common clinical gynecological endocrine disease and one of the important factors leading to infertility. In this article, the clinical case of TCM syndrome differentiation on infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome has been explored; and significant efficacy was found. Buxu( 补 虚) plus Quxie( 祛 邪) therapy on infertility from polycystic ovary syndrome showed a better effect. A summary of the four medical cases is presented below for reference.
