摘要
目的:探讨清肝利胆口服液辅助治疗对新生儿高胆红素血脂的影响。方法:选择104例高胆红素血症患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(53例)和对照组(51例),对照组患儿给予蓝光照射、口服苯巴比妥和白蛋白的治疗方案,观察组患儿在此基础上加用清肝利胆口服液治疗。结果:观察组患儿平均每天胆红素下降值[(57.47±8.41)μmol/L]高于对照组,并且观察组患儿黄疸消退时间[(4.58±0.82)d]和胆红素恢复正常时间[(4.76±0.86)d]均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清肝利胆口服液辅助治疗可加快患有高胆红素血症的新生儿的胆红素水平下降,缩短治疗时间,提高治疗效果。
Objective: To discuss efficacy of the Qinggan Lidan oral liquid on hyperbilirubinemia. Methods: 104 cases were randomly divided into the observation group(53 cases) and the control group(51 cases); the control group was given blue light, oral phenobarbital and white protein regimen; the observation group was treated with the Qinggan Lidan oral liquid. Results: Daily decrease values of Bilirubin in the observation group was(57.47 ± 8.41) μmol/L, higher than that in the control group; the disappearing time of jaundice [(4.58 ± 0.82)d] and the recovered time of bilirubin [(4.76 ± 0.86)d] in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group; the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Treating hyperbilirubinemia with the Qinggan Lidan oral liquid can receive a good effect, is worthy of promotion.
