摘要
柴胡桂枝汤为《伤寒论》经典合方,治疗太阳少阳并病。赵瑞华教授认为妇科病应以调气为先,而柴胡桂枝汤组方蕴升降、出入、疏散等气机妙用,故在临床上将其广泛用于治疗各种妇科病,疗效显著,轻证但投数剂,气畅经调,病即痊愈;病证日久,虚实寒热错杂者,则可解纷乱之病势,暴露疾病本质。从调气机的角度对柴胡桂枝汤的方证及在妇科临床的应用予以阐发,欲为经方治疗妇科病提供一定的思路。
Chaihu Guizhi Decoction was a classic prescription in treatise on febrile diseases,which was used for taiyang syndrome complicated by shaoyang syndrome. Prof. Zhao Ruihua thought that regulating qi was the key factor of therapy in gynecopathy and Chaihu Guizhi Decoction was widely used to treat various gynecological diseases in clinic,because it could adjust the ascending,descending,exiting and entering of qi. It has a remarkable therapy effect. Gynopathy with light syndrome in treatment of few doses Chaihu Guizhi Decoction could achieve the qi smooth,menstruation regulation and the disease was cured. If the disease was prolonged and the deficiency,excess,cold and heat were miscellaneous,the disorder situation can be solved and the essence of the disease can be exposed. This paper expounded the syndrome of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction and its clinical application in gynecology from the point of view of regulating qi,in order to provide some ideas for the treatment of gynecological diseases.
