摘要
在"大众创业、万众创新"时代,为创业者提供便捷的信息服务是政府双创工程的支撑条件之一。在双创工程中,政府信息服务工作承担着引导、管理和服务三种角色,引导创新创业资源向各类创业创新主体开放和科学技术成果转化、引领双创工程整体走向,从而构建共享式创业创新体系,加速产业升级和经济结构调整。在互联网时代,建立开放共享的创新创业体系同时,也要对各类创业主体有所管理和约束。
In the project of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation", government information service work bears three roles of guidance, management and service., guiding innovation and entrepreneurship resources to open to various entrepreneurial innovation subjects and transforming scientific and technological achievements, leading the overall trend of dual-innovation projects, thus building a shared entrepreneurial innovation.
